Doctor Paul Smith?
A few days ago there was a possible - and only possible I hasten to add - hint as to where the Doctor might be shopping for his new wardrobe.

It would certainly make it easier to gather if the majority is store bought, and If the BBC used the same fabric shop for multiple garments, it could suggest they have a loose "brand loyalty"? Or perhaps I'm just clutching at straws...
